BOARD OF DEACONS MINISTRY
Description: Provides oversight of the spiritual welfare of the church body. This includes assisting the pastor in promoting and advancing the church interest; administration of the Lord's Supper; assisting with baptism of candidates, leadership coordination for spiritual and temporal aspects of the church activities.

BOARD OF TRUSTEES MINISTRY
Description: The Trustees shall be responsible for the administration and the termoral affairs of the church. Duties include: acting as Legal agents, safekeeping of church documents, maintain upkeep of all church properties, supervise the counting of all monies, supervises church employees and perform other duties assigned to the Trustees by the church body.

AUDIT COMMITTEE
Description: The Audit Committee shall audit all financial records, reports and accounts of the church and its organizations; ascertain the validity of financial statement; examine internal control procedures to determine if lax procedures and ineffective separation of duties can be improved, and recommend changes and suggestions for improvements.

COUNTING COMMITTEE

Description: Responsibilities include the handling of monetary donations given to the church by those contributing to the church. These donations should be accurately tallied, recorded and reported to the finance department for proper reporting. In addition, monies collected will be deposited to the bank once an accurate account has been provided.

DEACONESS MINISTRY

Description: The Deaconess Ministry assists the Pastor and Deacons in the spiritual development of the church, with special emphasis upon rendering assistance to women, young adults and children. The Deaconess Ministry coorperates with the Pastor and Deacons in visiting members, caring for the sick, needy and distressed members of the church, and in the observance of the ordinances of the church.

VISITORS CALL/WRITE FOLLOW-UP MINISTRY
Description: In support of the church the Pastor's Aid Ministry also conducts "Visitors Call and Follow Up" where upon each visitor is contacted and thanked for joining our church family in fellowship at our Sunday morning worship Service.
