A vision of Pastor Raymond C. Bell, the Ministry conducts outreach by making personal calls to each visitor who attends worship service at First Rising Mt. Zion Baptist Church. The ministry was organized and put into action Sunday, January 11, 2004.

This ministry expresses thanks and gratitude to our visitors and lets them know that their presence did not go unnoticed. If visitors are not currently affiliated with a church they are encouraged to become a part of the First Rising Mt. Zion Church Family. They are provided the schedule for Sunday worship services and the schedule of our training organizations (Iie., Sunday School, Baptist Training Union, Bible Institute and Prayer Meeting). Each visitor contacted is told that they are always welcome to worship at First Rising and that there visit was special and appreciated.
